If you can tell your own story, you can tell others.
That’s how I look at.
And I love telling my survival story, sharing how God has given me a second chance.
More than 15 years after I was thrown 80 feet in the air working a summer job building cell phone towers, I’m following my passion of working in sports broadcasting, telling stories as a one-man band anchor and reporter. Despite having my left leg amputated below the knee, I haven’t let injuries slow me down, using the accident to motivate me to be a stronger Christ follower, husband, father and journalist. With more than a dozen years of experience working in local television, including the past seven as the sports director at WCIA-TV, I’m looking for the next challenge in my career.
